OUR STORY
We opened shop back in 2012 as a small family business with a desire to build up a great insulation business & introduce to Irish businesses a completely new way to save money on their energy expenses & improve their energy efficiency. Fast forward a couple of years, here we are working in partnership with some of the biggest names in food production & still going strong. Our desire has not changed since the beginning.

THERMAL INSULATION
A Range of Insulation Methods Available
We can offer in-situ polyurethane injected foam insulation with an improved B2 fire rating, or we can offer alternative insulation for pipes & vessels including PIR, PUR, Phenolic, Mineral Wool, Armaflex & more. These come with finishes of your choice ranging from Aluminium, Stainless Steel, PIB, Venture Clad - we can offer more finishes, please get in touch to discuss alternatives.
Also available are Valve & Flange Jackets. The jackets are very strong & durable, yet easily maintainable due to the ease of removing the jacket when required. The jackets act as a form of insulation as well as a vapour barrier to the valve or flange. These jackets can be insulated with different forms of insulation. We will always advise you on the most suitable method of insulation before manufacturing takes place.
SHEET METAL FABRICATION & LASER CUTTING
Efficient, Reliable & Exceptional Service
Our team is able to manufacture a wide range of sheet metal casing to customers requirements for insulation or HVAC purposes using our Mazak® 1Kw Laser Profiler. We can cut a variety of flat-sheet materials including Aluminium, Mild Steel, Stainless Steel & Ally-Zinc (Zintec) up to a thickness of 6mm. Laser Cutting allows for a precise, detailed & high quality surface finish to any suitable material. Drawings in DXF format are desirable, however we are able to accept most formats. If you are interested in a material that has not been listed, please do get in touch with your requests, we can then assess your requirements.

All of our field-based staff are in possession of the safety certificates required by law as a minimum. Our staff have CSCS, SafePass, PASMA, IPAF, CITB Safety Passport, Hot Works, First Aid at Work Training & Ammonia Safety Training.
